The
situation
Our flat stands in the city of GEMBLOUX (Population :8.200). It’s situated in Wallonia, the Southern part of Belgium between BRUSSELS and NAMUR. The environment of the house is really quiet and pleasant to live. The whole area is new and is, at once, close to the center of the city, but also the countryside. Railway station and shops are very close (500 m.). They can be reached by a footpath. A trail of more than 40 km reserved for pedestrians and bicycles pass less than 100 m. of our apartment. Our flat is very spacious (120 m2) with all the modern comfort. It’s on the 4th and last floor of a new building built in 2010. It’s very bright and completely oriented to the South. The house can easily accommodate a family of 4. The home-exchange We have already made 32 exchanges and we always have been very happy of the experience. We are retired, so we are flexible for the period and duration. We are interested to visit every country in the world ! |
